We are pleased to offer this very well presented Humber Sceptre 1725 Twin Carb Automatic. This example finished in metallic gold with immaculate cream interior trim was purchased new by a gentleman in Hove, Sussex. He kept the car right up until 2002 when he passed it to the Humber car museum in Hull (which has now closed). It was kept in the museum up until 2019. It was then purchased by a gentleman from Sheffield who spent a few months recommissioning it and bringing back to road use. The Humber is displaying an incredibly low mileage of 36421 which although we cannot warrant, it would seem genuine. The car is in really sound condition with just a few minor age related marks on the bodywork. Interior is immaculate with excellent wood veneer and seats, door panels are in superb order. The Humber fires up easily and the engine is free from any untoward noises. It performs well on the road and the Borg Warner automatic gearbox changes well. It is complete with owners handbook and workshop manual, old mots, parts receipts etc. It will be sold with 12 months mot and ready to enjoy. This is a really genuine example of this now rare car. We would welcome any inspection or we can provide additional pictures on request. Delivery can be arranged anywhere in the uk and we can accept debit card payments or bank transfer.
