- rare votex centre console and guage set up. VDO Oil temp . Water temp and a rare analogue clock
- fully re trimmed interior with front seats swapped out to mk3 recaros . Bases modified to suit the mk2 rails and then retrimmed in the factory 90 spec rainbow material . ( drivers seat always has a seat cover on it unless at shows )
- Full working sunroof, seal also replaced and does not leak.
There is probably loads of stuff I’ve missed out so if you really are interested I would highly recommend viewing the car and coming out on a test drive.
I’ve driven the car to countless shows all over the country. Been round the track at Goodwood and also took part in a hill climb at shelsey Walsh, lost count of how many comments and thumbs up I get on the road ,
I’ve have been told countless times that it’s the nicest mk2 people have ever seen and yes I’m biased but I really have to agree .
Asking price is backed up by a agreed valuation through Lancaster insurance of 25k. Will increase in September once recaros seats have been added and the valuation reviewed to around £26-27k
Full build thread consisting of over 800 images .
Car is located in South Wales CF44
In zero rush to sell . I’ve built this car myself and I’ve come to terms with the fact I enjoy the build process so much so it’s time to start something new.
