First registered on 19th March 1954, this 2 door Austin still retains its original number. Finished in black with contrasting red trim. It comes with a nice history file including old mots dating back to the late 60s. The previous owner has spent a considerable amount of money bringing the Austin up to a good mechanical standard. These works including new brake master cylinder and hoses, new radiator and hoses, new distributor and coil with electronic ignition, alternator conversion etc. The car now drives superbly and is surprisingly lively for one of these cars. New carpet and re trimmed seats have also been fitted at an earlier stage, making the interior very tidy. The underside is very sound and bodywork presents well, although there are some cosmetic improvements that could be carried out.
