Ford escort mk1 1300 deluxe
This is a very good solid example of a original mk1 escort. This car was originally from Malta and has been in the Uk for some years now. The car has a standard 1300 x-flow engine and a 5 speed type 9 gear box. The car is still being used the odd weekend with no issue never has let me down.
The front and rear seats have been replaced last year bought new from a Uk supplier who recommissioned from old seats.
Front steering and suspension is all standard, with a new set of Yokohama tyres. Rear suspension has decambered leaf springs and gaz adjustable shock absorbers fitted. These were all fitted new last year.
The General paint work is in fair condition but has its age related issues in places. The cars body structure is in amazing condition is still has the original factory under seal and has not been added to like most.
