Description
This classic Rocker Boys triton was built in the early 60's using all the best parts available. The rolling chassis is a Wideline with Akront rims, genuine baffled manx petrol tank and Elephants Foot oil tank. Manx rolled mudguards and overhauled Short Roadholder forks. Engine is a 6T Thunderbird with a twin carb 9 stud head, this was overhauled by the Cylinder Head shop. Gearbox is a Slickshift.
Many John Tickle parts fitted-front brake, top yoke and clip ons, rear sts.
Cibie dished headlamp with Britax dip switch. Tomasseli throttle.
This machine has been dry stored for many years in which time many new or recon parts fitted-new 750cc Morgo, Amal carbs, recon Lucas Comp Magneto, recon Smiths Chronometrics, new clutch basket and plates, new starter pinion assembly. Long term owner no longer fit enough to start or use this lovely old bike. A realistic price is being asked considering the value of the parts fitted exceeds what I am asking.
