very original rust free and low mileage jeep with lovely unrestored patina, uk registered, tax and mot exempt , built in 1962, all the post war mechanical upgrades have been carried out on this jeep, when i originally purchased this jeep it was presented to me as it was direct from the french army disposal sales , the sale lot number was still on the windscreen and the auction sale documents were stuck in plastic envelope on the bonnet, you will see this on one of the later pictures enclosed , when it was in service it was a circulation jeep what ever that means
now full UK registered, Tax and MOT exempt historic vehicle , the bonnet star and numbers are not original to the french army but the rest of the jeep is all original and in exceptional condition, the jeep was a radio jeep then later a circulation jeep in the french army . several years ago it had new clutch and all new brakes and a thorough service and going through, the brakes are superb on this jeep, It was my own jeep for several years so i know a huge amount about this jeep and I gave it a Webber carburettor upgrade and conventional plugs and leads, a lot of care and attention has been lavished on this with mud flaps, matts rear arch liners, oil injected hat channels, underbody corrosion protection , I have just bought It back again for stock as the owner wanted the money to put towards a brand new land-rover, last picture shows it when i first acquired it, can be test driven and inspection welcome on my 4 post ramp, go and drive others then come and drive this one , you will wont be disappointed , I would consider a part exchange with almost anything that i can renovate and sell so get in touch anytime with your proposal
