For sale a beautiful condition original UK Healey (1 of just 455 MkIIAs made in RHD configuration) finished in the menacing colour combination of (Austin Healey 100S derived) Lobelia Blue with Silver Duotone, colour coded wire wheels shod in Avon ZZ tyres (dated 2018) and a Navy full leather interior with Navy carpet set.
Inside this 3000 MkII is in very good condition throughout, the interior leather and soft trim having been recoloured in the last year with the seats themselves only a few years old. Wet weather gear is excellent with a very smart bespoke fitted mohair tonneau, a very well presented (just a few years old) mohair hood in Navy plus useful additional features such as a 12V power supply.
Paintwork condition is excellent with a wonderful deep lustre, clearly a premium job and a terrific colour combination. The wheels have been colour-coded by us in 2022 in Lobelia blue are extra wide 5. 5” rims for improved fitment and grip. On the underside paintwork and quality is similarly very clean and presentable – the car having benefitted from a proper panel off restoration.
The engine bay is particularly immaculate in this Healey. The engine itself is original, runs smoothly and a very caring owner has fitted additional fuses to protect the wiring and an oil catch can system to boost longevity (as fitted on some race engines).
