Here we have a very nice BMW E36 Genuine 328i Sport track car with some great upgrades. This is a very well sorted and capable entry level track car that is ready to go.
The engine fitted is to this car is the all-important NON NIKASIL engine and fitted with a M50 manifold mated with a 2. 75” stainless exhaust system which is nice and quiet. Also has the S50 oil filter housing and oil cooler and has only done 1 track day since its last oil change. New water pump and radiator very recently fitted so no cooling issues there. Power is put through the rear wheels by a 3. 64:1 4 plated, non-pre-load diff with steel end cap and new bearings throughout, which has never been used since rebuild. Quick shifter gear lever also fitted. The car sits on brand new Meister R coil overs and comes with 2 sets of wheels, one with Uniroyal Rainsport 3’s and the other with a set of slicks. The braking system has been upgraded also to M3 front and rear brakes and also has the M3 trailing arms and shafts.
The car also benefits from a welded in 6-point roll cage with the spare wheel and battery tray removed and a steel floor welded in. The interior was then painted in grey including the roll cage. An Odyessy race battery was relocated and fitted into the passenger foot well. Geoff Steel Racing carbon door cards are also fitted along with a pair of Sparco seats and harnesses mounted on Atech Motorsport mounts.
All in all, a very good well sorted car that is ready to go enjoy track days straight away or with a little work a great starting point for a race car with all the hard and expensive work done.
