We are delighted to present for sale this particularly sharp Datsun 260Z. A completely rust free example that is an absolute pleasure, both to look at and to drive. Imported from Tokyo in 2019, although a solid car, upon arrival it was evident the paint was looking tired and so it was decided the car would be stripped and professionally repainted. The result is superb, and this 260Z now looks absolutely fantastic in a fresh coat of red paint. A manual 2+2 variant in right hand drive, with the original 2. 6L straight six engine. Mechanically the car is spot on, driving superbly and still feeling nice and tight and precise on the road with no unwanted noises. The interior is completely original and is in fantastic condition with just one small split at the top of the driver seat. The engine bay is particularly clean and very well presented, and the underside of the car is completely solid throughout. The engine runs very smoothly and pulls well, giving a nice exhaust note. The brakes work very well, pulling the car up nice and straight. The car sits on 15inch mini light style alloy wheels, with matching Bridgestone tyres all round. Supplied with 2 keys, import paperwork and MOT until August 2023 with no advisories. Overall a very smart yet usable example of this fast appreciating Japanese classic.
