1 of only 187 RHD cars that came to the UK, so not only is it the original M saloon, its one of the rarest M cars by far …
This M5 is an August 1987 example that’s covered only 105, 000 miles. Its a low owner example with 4 owners in total. Between 1987 and 1992 it had 2 owners, the third owner purchased it as an approved used car from BMW in 1992, where it was still under warranty and they owned this car for the next 27 years, until 2019.
This car was off the road, stored away between 2006 and 2019, but luckily stored correctly ….
Finished in Cirrus Blue with a Black leather interior. Look at the videos and many pictures, this car is in excellent condition, very solid and original underneath, they are getting so hard to find now. Just the odd mark here and there, but as you can see, this is a very original and solid example, than is ready to be enjoyed.
The interior is superb, lots of well kept extended leather, dash free from cracks, door cards, carpets, headlining all good. It features Electric seats, Electric sunroof, Air conditioning (Still ice cold !!)..

The manual gearbox is nice and light to use.
The limited slipp diff is nice and tight, brakes and suspension all feel very good.
We have the original, fully stamped service book, owners manuals etc in their original leather wallet, plus BMW Sales invoices etc.
MOT’d until July 2023, this car is ready to be enjoyed now …
