1969 1600GT XLR Capri, Only 3 owners. Many new original parts have been purchased to bring this early built mk 1 Capri back to a showroom condition.
Recon engine, New associated items fitted, New complete clutch, recon rear axle. New complete brake system, steering and suspension overhauled.
Very little welding done to body with one New outer door seal, New front steel wings, New front valance, New rear wheel arches, complete body respray, underside treated & waxed oiled.
Interior has New front and rear door & side panels, new carpet, instruments overhauled & working.
Built in September 1969 went to Channel islands, returned back to UK late 1971 & registered with a UK `K` Reg year number plate.
Very solid and straight Classic car which drives smoothly, mechanically very sound, bodywork is rust free and no damage.
Car comes with either shown Ford 15inch alloys with new tyres or 13inch original Ford steel GT wheels with new tyres.
