1968 Ford Mustang Fastback 351 V8 T5 Manual. Rotisserie restored and finished in Ford Nightmist Blue Metallic with painted Silver Le Mans stripes, sitting on contrasting American Racing wheels with BF Goodrich tyres. This example has been restored in recent years and benefits from a number of well-considered upgrades. The restoration was carried out at a cost in excess of £70, 000.
The car benefits from upgrades including uprated and adjustable front suspension, LSD, electric fuel pump, rack and pinion power steering, front disc brakes, strengthened chassis, and a pressurised fuel system feeding a Holley four-barrel carburettor. Power is delivered through a 351 V8 and paired with a five-speed T5 manual gearbox, all contributing to handling and road manners that are superior to standard.
The car is fitted with a black interior featuring a rare factory-specified bench seat with headrests. It was also ordered with the desirable GT Equipment Group and Sports Deck rear seats. For added safety and usability, the car is equipped with three-point seat belts in both the front and rear.
