Here at Old Colonel Cars, the Classic and Performance Car Agency, we are delighted to have this immaculate, very rare, last of the line E24 635 Csi Highline ‘MotorSport Edition’.
This August 1989 example has covered only 69, 000 miles.
1 of 181 UK cars, this example is finished in Maca Blue with Lotus White fully extended leather ‘Highline’ interior, the rarest of the 3 special edition colours for this run out model of the E24 6 Series.
This low owner example was original owned by the same family until the mid nineties, when it was put into storage.
The current owner purchased this car after the original family finally decided to let this BMW go.
Following purchase , the car was sent straight to his trusted workshop for a full check over. Although it looked amazing for its age, with the odd mark here and the it wasn’t up to the standard of the new owners collection. So a decision was made to fully restore this 635 over the last 4 years. A full strip down, windows out restoration, what little rust that was found was cut out and replaced, keeping the car as original as possible. Then the car was re painted to a very hight standard you see today.

This work was commissioned by a very good client of ours, who has an amazing collection of cars. No expense was spared on this restoration, the paintwork etc all finished to a very hight standard.
