Talbot Alpine Minx 1600cc petrol. Registered in late 1985 on a 'C' plate. Currently yellow, it's previously been black and was originally beige. Respray certainly not the best but all the door shuts and inside the boot are all yellow.
Overall, it looks to be in tidy and solid condition for the year. It runs off a direct feed to the carb, and thus drives and stops, but the fuel line to the tank is blocked. However it will require further work and fettling to get back on road, including welding to sills and rear crossmember we're told.
We believe it may have been used in a banger rally or maybe even some sort of motorsport hence the numbers on the doors. In some online circles it is apparently quite a well known car.
We'd rather it be sold as a going concern, but even if gets broken to help others live it's better than it just being scrapped for the sake of it. Current V5 present. Open to sensible offers.
