Finished in stunning metallic Carrigada Green with the factory optional body coloured roof. This colour was a FACTORY SPECIAL ORDER for a Defender back in 1994 and is very rare & sought after.
The condition both inside & out is quite simply breath taking easily putting a 2 year old example to shame!
Also present and fitted are its 5 original factory optional graphite Grey alloy wheels along with a set of 5 brand new BF Goodrich AT tyres.
Inside the interior boasts the immaculate & original Moorland cloth trim seats having had seat covers on from new & are virtually unmarked! (3 seats in front + 4 individual folding seats to the rear) The original carpets and headlining are also present and in virtually ‘AS NEW’ condition. 100% original interior, bar the upgraded CD player.
The engine runs and operate beautifully, full of power with no issues what so ever. Out on the road, it is by no surprise then, an absolute joy to drive. We have driven hundreds of 300 Tdi’s and can quite honestly say that this really is as good as they come.
The previous owner has painstakingly removed the interior trim, carpets and seats and fully sound proofed the entire vehicle. At the same time all the doors/ cavities etc were injected with wax oil with the view to preserve and keep the vehicle for life.
The chassis, bulkhead and door frames etc are in superb order & must be one of the best examples we have come across – IT IS VIRTUALLY RUST FREE!
The spec of this Defender is totally original and unmolested, just as it left the production line. NOT EVEN A SCRAP OF CHEQUER PLATE IN SIGHT!
Put simply, this is about the finest original 90 County Station wagon 300 Tdi example available having been maintained to the highest possible standards and having such, such low mileage.
