Stately and rare Humber Pullman. Remarkable original condition and in full working order. Car is sorned but it was regularly driven on the roads last year and is still frequently started and all systems checked.
Original number plate and buff log book, plus modern V5C.
The Thrupp and Maberly bodywork is in good condition structurally and no evidence of any welding underneath. Paintwork is tatty and has marks but with no rusty areas.
4. 1L original engine starts on the button. The column shift 4 speed manual gearbox is in good order too.
New exhaust and ignition system, converted to negative earth and a disguised alternator. All systems in full working condition including the semaphore indicators, optional heating system, rear blind etc.
The brake/ fuel systems have been overhauled. The interior is largely original.
First owner was the 5th Baron Lord Harris of Kent. He claimed to have carried the Queen Mother in the car on several occasions.
