Rare in MKII guise, this delightful MGA Coupe comes to us from it's long term owner who had it restored it between 2014/ 15. The car remains in remarkable condition with excellent bodywork and well resolved mechanicals. Benefitting from a rarely seen folding fabric Webasto sunroof which was fitted in the early 80's, this must surely make for one of the most desirable combinations, the practicality of a Coupe and the wind in the hair experience of a soft top. It is also fitted with a Ford type 9 5-speed gearbox for more relaxed touring.
It also has been fitted with an oil cooler, single 12v, an alternator and converted to negative earth, inertia reel seat belts, Kenlowe fan, Halogen headlights and a full scale oil pressure guage.
There is a thick history file with the car supporting the view that it has been cherished since being repatriated from the US in 1980.
