This absolutely stunning Mercedes Benz R107 Series 300SL Automatic was supplied new by Mercedes dealer Jim Russell in Downham Market, Norfolk and was first registered on 1st August 1989. It is finished in the very rare Almadine Metallic Red with a full Black leather interior including rear Child Seats & Belts, Black Carpets, Body Coloured Hard Top with heated rear window, its original and excellent Black mohair Soft Top, Air Conditioning, 3. 0 litre Staright Six Fuel injected 'Unleaded' Engine, 4 Speed Automatic Transmission, Power Assisted Steering, ABS Brakes, Electric Windows and Passenger Door Mirror, Headlamp Wash/ Wipe, Remote Central Locking with Alarm, Immobiliser, Kenwood Stereo Radio Cassette Player with an Electric Aerial and sitting on its original 15" 'Flat Face' Alloy Wheels with excellent Dunlop SP Sport Tyres.
This car is one of the very last 107 series cars to be built and is genuinely one of the best examples we have ever had the pleasure in selling and we sold it for the previous lady owner, who bought it from Mercedes specialist Silver Arrows in Putney in November 2004, to the current owner in November 2014. When she bought the car, it had covered 57, 527 miles and during her 10 years of ownership the car was always garaged and she had it serviced and MOT'd every year by her local garage in Devon.
When we sold the car to the current owner, the car had covered 73, 429 miles from new and during his 9 years of ownership he has only driven the car 1, 078 Miles and it has now covered a genuine 74, 507 miles from new!
During his ownership, despite the exceptionally low mileage covered, it has also been MOT'd every year and serviced a few times, but it has spent most of this time in a heated garage!
The car has a very comprehensive Service History from new and comes with lots of invoices, MOT certificates from 1995 to date, a fully stamped Service Book with 18 stamps, its original Handbook and Manuals, old Tax Discs, two keys and a Hard Top Stand and Cover.
The car really does need to be seen in the flesh to appreciate how exceptional it really is and how beautifully it drives.

Upon sale, the car will be given a pre-sales service and come with a new MOT and our own 6 Month Mechanical Warranty that can be upgraded and extended at additional cost if required.
