Two previous owners with a comprehensive service history. This is a totally unmodified car and, excluding the recently replaced battery, all components are original equipment brands. The bodywork and subframes are corrosion free, as are all geometry adjustment cam-bolts. Lanoguard has been applied internally and externally to all cavities, box sections, body panels and subframes. The hood is in near perfect condition. The cabin and boot remain dry in all weathers. The seats and carpets show light wear but are generally in excellent condition. The dashboard, door trims and boot interior are excellent. The alloys were recently refurbished and Pilot Sport 4 tyres fitted at the same time. The electrical system throughout is faultless. The engine, transmission and brakes all work perfectly with no expected imminent need for ex-servicing maintenance. A new Honda later type clutch kit was recently fitted. This was to eliminate the “ clutch buzz “ which some early cars did suffer. The New Formula Red paintwork has some chips but is otherwise bright and fresh looking. Ideally the rear bumper would benefit from a re-spray. A Honda six stack CD player was fitted. The second ownership ran from 2001 to December 2021. I was told during that period the car was kept in a heated garage, covering an average 1000 miles/ year. I have no reason to doubt that. During my ownership the car has proven to be totally reliable and is, somewhat surprisingly usable as a daily means of transport or unsurprisingly as a proper spirited driver’s car. I will miss it when sold but I no longer have the space to keep it.
