The Mercedes E 60 AMG, also known as the ""Hammer"" or ""König der Autobahn"", is one of the rarest Mercedes ever built.
Only 147 examples were built in total, of which 45 were new E 60 AMGs ordered with the factory code 957 and 102 were rebuilt by AMG. Some were built with the same technology, but the equipment of the retrofitted ones is typically richer.
Of all the examples, only 12 are 'E 60 AMG Limited' (all of them retrofitted) and these are the most special and richly equipped models.

The car's bodywork is aesthetically pleasing, its technical condition is impeccable and it has only 75, 000 km on the clock, its sound and performance are still unique, and it is not for nothing that it has won the title of King of the Motorway, a title that is still not used for any other car.
In addition to its technical perfection, it has one of the most beautiful colour schemes. The exterior is dark blue, the interior is grey, one of the 3 colour options of the Limited.
Of course, it comes with all the period extras: air conditioning, roll-down sunroof, tempomat with double AMG rims, double-tone upholstery, heated seats, four-seat version, power seats with memory, fire extinguisher, electronically dimming interior mirror, differential lock, heated seats, period stereo, original tool kit.

The growth prospects for values are unique. The prices of the entire 124 series are constantly rising and the prices of such extremely rare and small production models can increase several times over in a few years.
