The paperwork is very special and gives this car some true provenance.

During the cars early life, it was serviced by Melvyn Rutter Ltd with invoices and service sheets on record. The Morgan Garage serviced the car in 1983, 1985, 1987, 1989, 1990 and in 1993, they sold the Morgan to its second owner with a mileage of 23, 430 miles. The cars second owner in Somerset kept the Morgan from 1983 to 2016, a total of 33 years. A service book was provided for its second owner in 1993 and has been kept fully up to date. Service stamps are recorded in the book at 24493, 25149, 27584, 28396, 28931, 30770, 32913, 34358, 34875, 35629, 37304, 37921, 38255, 40715, 41759, 42270, 43132, 43681, 45394, 45464, 47192, 48053, 48300, 48695, 49273, 54954, 59768 and 59935 miles. All major items have been recorded such as cam belts etc and during the late 1990's and early 2000's Four Elms Morgan looked after the car and invoices are on file for engine upgrades carried out by the Morgan specialists.
Having owned the car for 33 years, the Morgan changed hands in 2016 and it then came into the hands of the last owner in 2018 who has enjoyed 5000 miles in five years. All use has been touring over the North Yorkshire Moors on a regular basis, and the last owner took great pleasure in driving the car over to us from Teesside to hand it over personally. This is an incredibly good driving car and subtle upgrades really make this something special on the road. It has a Stage 1 CVH engine with Kent Cam (work carried out by Four Elms), Rutherford suspension with Panhard rod, Gemmer steering box, sports exhaust, adjustable Koni Shock absorbers and it arrives in mechanically exceptional order. The maintenance history, services and invoices clearly highlight this car has been maintained with no expense spared all the way through its entire life.
The Morgan also boasts a fold down windscreen, stainless luggage rack, tonneau cover, walnut dashboard, chrome wire wheels, original leather seats and presents as an honest, incredibly usable, and smart, tidy example. The chassis and underside are excellent, the car has been well cared for from new, the bodywork is sharp and straight, and the paintwork is of a lovely standard with the very odd minor chip and imperfection commensurate with its regular use right throughout its life. It's a lovely car, it has a sporty, usable feel and offers exceptional value when considering condition, drivability, and the incredible history file. It will be hard to find another one like this.
