Scruffy but dependable, and ULEZ compliant.
I recently purchased this car and was planning on just keeping it going for as long as possible. Unfortunately I bought a Kangoo on a whim so I can't keep both, and I prefer the latter.
Nice revvy 1. 6 16v engine, it feels eager enough on all roads and not out of depth. The seats are the classic French super soft velour, and there is lots of cubby holes and storage inside.
There isn't any service history but it drives like a car that has been maintained, not baggy!
The bodywork is best described as honest. It's not terrible but it's showing dents and marks, and the twenty two year old red paint isn't all the same shade anymore.
One of the sunroofs is inoperable, as is the passenger side mirror. Unfortunately the biggest negative is the draining holes for the front sunroof are a little blocked up and there is a trickle of water running down onto the floor through the A pillar.
Driving wise, there are no big issues. I think a front ball joint is making some faint noises over big bumps but it's minor at this stage.
I'm pretty firm on price. Having seen the calibre of the other cars at this price (all utter wrecks mostly) I won't be open to anything but the closest of offers.
MOT expires in late May 2024. This is a cheap car and do not expect a warranty or anything with it. Sold as seen.
