If you are reading this advert, the motorcycle is STILL for sale. Fresh in from Canada, a 1985 Yamaha RD500. All original and untouched. Original engine, with the matching number to the frame was changed many years ago when it seized a piston. Then another engine installed. The engine fitted turns over with good compression, but no attempt has been made to start it. Was running perfectly when parked up 10 years ago. Comes with original motor, and a copy of a genuine workshop manual. Be quick on this, they are mega rare and it's the Holy Grail of 2 strokes, and a must for anyones collection! The motorcycle is not UK registered, but it comes with paperwork to show all duties have been paid (NOVA & Canadian Title) and enable you to register it on an age related UK number.
