The Aston Martin Le Mans was a two or four seat sports car by Aston Martin between 1932 and 1934 with only 130 built and is a desirable pre-war model.

History:
This lovely RHD example from 1933 here has been shown by Aston Martin on their stand in 1934 at the Olympia London Motor Show. Further to that the car was subject of a road test in 1934 by one of the leading magazines of those days, “Brooklands”.
In the same year 1934 the car competed in the Alpin Trial Glacier Cup and won with driver Tommy Clarke.
It has been a competitor in 1987 and 1988 at the Nürburgring in Germany at the ‘AVD Oldtimers’ and in 1989 competitor at the Nürburgring division ‘Jan Wellem Trophy’.
It also succeeded in several rallies and tours.

A well-known car in the Aston Martin Car Club and registered in the ‘Aston Martin Register’.

Since 1965 the car is already equipped with a powerful 2-litre running engine, instead of the usual 1. 5 litre.
Great to race and tour and to do rallies with which delivers great driving pleasure! You can feels the difference enormously.

This car is a real beauty and presents itself technical and optical in very good state and condition, runs smooth, powerful and is wonderful to handle and shift. Real driving fun for pre-war lovers and for those who want to become one.

The car has been restored during the years 1985-1987 and extensively restored in 1996 until 1998 by Aston Martin specialist Ecurie Bertelli, UK. Enormously many files and invoices are present of this restoration.

This Aston Martin here stands out in her beautiful colour scheme: red colour exterior combined with black leather interior, black tonneau and black cover.

The car is a real beauty and may not hide her age of 91 years… she has a charming patina and slight signs of usage. In fact, how a real pre-war car of this age has to be!
Overhaul and maintenance records show that she has been extensively restored over the years. No expenses and efforts spared, this “Le Mans” is very sought-after model.
Very well serviced and maintained throughout. Recent service and check-up has been recently carried out.

Since 1995 (!!) already in current long-term ownership and part of a very enthusiastic car family who is now off to look for another passionist who treasures her with same love and passion.

The car comes with comprehensive files and history, full known ownership, old invoices present, old pictures of its history, new FIVA Identity Card from 2023 and even comes with the original old Registration Log Book.
The car is registered in Germany on German number plates.

A great car throughout which guaranties much driving pleasure.
Ideal for (pre-war) rally and tour or any other classic car event.

Further details, pictures and information certainly on request!
