1957 TRIUMPH TR3 WITH OVERDRIVE AND HIGH PORT ENGINE
A true club car well known within the TR register. A perfect mechanical example with lots of character and scope to improve. Recently MOT'd and ready for a blast. Great history file with an unusual history. The car originally right-hand drive went to Cape Town South Africa in 1957 then exported the Netherlands in 1998 where it was body off rebuilt with the help of Hans kooy. Body and chassis restored with an uprated TR4A high-port Engine and late TR6 J Type gearbox. UK registered in 2015, current owner has well maintained the mechanical side of the car. Recent carb overhaul and much more. Fantastic underbody and chassis as shown in the photos. Ripe to be resprayed and taken into the 22-25k retail bracket.
