1984 Audi Coupe GT

Audi coupe GT 1984, 5 cylinder 2 litre. Half a years MOT left with no advisories. Very original car, this coming year is tax exempt so makes it a very affordable classic.
Runs well and drives nicely for a car of its age. Box runs up through the gears incredibly smoothly.
Has had a huge amount of work done to it, thousands spent the last few years of its life and all paperwork to show. Nearly all bushes, springs suspension, brakes etc etc.
Interior is in good shape, headlining great and all upholstery in pretty good order considering it’s nearly 40 years old now.
Big box of spare parts and bits and bobs come with it. Trim parts and service items stuff like that. Good tyres all round and not that old either!
Structural bodywork is in very good order, all arches are decent, slight bubbling on OSR but minimal and really nothing I would be concerned about. Underside is very good.
The paintwork lets it down the most, could benefit from a quick blow over just to even out the different areas of paint match from over the years and get rid of the odd mark, or a professional respray to be perfect. Couple small areas where paint is starting to bubble, and lacquer peel across the drivers door which is a shame, pics for attention.

Has a very slight tappy lifter that is just about noticeable. Have bought shims to do, but just not had the time to do it, almost disappears when it’s hot and up to running temp however. Rear box is currently removed as I quite like it with a throaty sound but box and mounts all there to fit back on.
Sad to part with it but it just doesn’t get the use that I intended.
