Land Rover Series 3 88" Hard Top Galvanised Chassis
This vehicle is one of the last Series 3 models which features the bigger 11 inch front dual line brakes and 5 bearing crank engine.
First Registered 5th April 1982.

The vehicle has the original 2. 25 diesel engine fitted and also has a fairey overdrive. It has had extensive work over the last few years which has included a new galvanised chassis.
The body work is very straight and is way above the average 42-year-old Series III Land Rover. The vehicle has benefited from an exterior respray.
The wheels are finished in Limestone, which is factory correct for a 1982 Series 3.
The underside has not been covered in underseal but preserved in new clean oil, you can still see the factory overspray under the wings and rear body this is exactly how they left the factory. No welding is required anywhere on this vehicle and it is ready to go.
The vehicle has had a set of new tyres all round, all brakes replaced including brake shoes, wheel cylinders and master cylinder, fully serviced.
The front seats are new and finish off the interior well.
New door cards to the front doors.
The dash is unmarked with no cracks or sun damage.
Being a later Series 3 it benefits from dual line brakes and a servo which help with the braking power. The vehicle is also fitted with an overdrive which significantly improves the drive, particularly on dual carriage ways and motorways.
Four-wheel drive and low range engage, as they should. The gears change up and down as they should. The vehicle fires at the turn of a key there is no smoke on start up and it pulls very well.
The vehicle still retains most of its original paint finish, Marine Blue with Limestone Roof & wheels.
