The only one for sale currently in the UK, and the best value running and usable Giulia 1300TI's for sale in Europe - I recently purchased this car from Holland and drove it all the way back here to Scotland with no problems whatsoever. Sold as an ongoing project that you can enjoy while you restore, or spend the time to get it exactly the way you want before enjoying it!
Exterior
A beautiful green ‘Verde Muschio’, but with a lot of fading and some signs of rust (Around the windscreen / gutters etc is all solid) - A real natural and attractive patina if you wanted to keep it this way, or a great base to restore and repaint. No real dents etc to consider either. The original chrome bumpers (Not pictured) are also available too. Window seals etc have perished and could do with replacing
Interior
This is like a time warp and looks fantastic - The dash has some signs of aging but no cracking etc as usually expected with these - No scuffing on the dashboard wood etc and all clocks present and operating (Although the fuel gauge may be slightly over optimistic as it shows more then full when the tank is filled). Doorcards are all present and correct, and it even comes with the original Alfa Romeo rubber mats. The rear seat looks as though it has never been sat in, although the front seats have split and would need to be recovered if seeking perfection as they have split. Floors are solid (Have been patched in areas), and there are no leaks etc
Engine
Starts strong and presented no issues whatsoever on the journey - An awesome, revvy engine that has a lot of character, I am seriously impressed with how it drives. As I came into Scotland through the Scottish borders we have some amazing roads, and it was absolutely brilliant fun on these even in the wet! It does appear that a later 1300 from a GT Junior has been fitted, with twin weber carburetors instead of the standard single carb adding to the already awesome driving experience. The odometer shows 79662 Km but of course this cannot be warranted.
Gearbox
Works as it should in most scenarios, although there is juddering when in reverse. This is due to a common issue with bush flex in revers on these cable operated clutch Alfa Romeos, and is easily remedied by fitting harder bushes.
Registration
Import Taxes are and the vehicle is now registered in the UK ready for it’s new owner to enjoy!
