We are very proud to offer this, as new, Land Rover Defender 90, finished in Scotia Grey paintwork with black cloth upholstery.
After a continuous run of 67 years, production of Land Rover's famous Defender finally ended on 29th January 2016, after a total of just over two million units had been built. This particular vehicle was built in December 2015. With a PDI of March 2016 and registration date August 2016, this is a very late Defender 90 CSW. Most late CSWs were XS spec, this is unusually a TD spec, of which it is thought only 11 were road registered during the final year of production (2016).
It has only covered 1, 793 miles and can only be described as a true collectors piece. Such is the originality of this Defender, some of the factory stickers can still be found on the underside!
The Scotia Grey paintwork is a particularly rare option, only brought into the range as an option from Sept 2013, and mainly spec’d on Discovery/ Range Rovers from 2014. A number of the cars on the Gaydon Rocks outside JLR HQ wore this colour in 2015/ 2016 including a Defender 90 XS.
