For Sale .. 1970 MGB Roadster .
This lovely MGB Roadster in Tartan Red is in excellent condition. With Chrome wire wheels. Optional overdrive. With a really helpful aftermarket bonus of power steering . On the road it’s an absolute pleasure to drive and as close to modern motoring as you want whilst retaining the character of a true 56 year old classic. This Mg has been used very little since being restored and then sold by a marque specialist 6 years ago for £15750 More recently only dry weather and show use . Only approx 3500 miles covered in last 11 years.. Extensive history file showing a large amount spent over many years on both maintenance and restoration . Also a full photographic record of the restoration showing a bare shell back to the metal body restoration. The added bonus of Power steering makes this MGB so easy to use and certainly not a chore. With factory overdrive to kick in when you need it. The interior is very good condition with little sign of wear . The Chrome wire wheels are all good and are shod with good quality radials. Under the bonnet is very clean indeed and was done when the bare shell restoration was done. Excellent oil pressure and a good constant temperature. There is the added bonus of twin thermo controlled electric fans too , just in case of a heatwave !!! . Recent work included a full srvice and the wiper arm assembly renewed . The hood is excellent and there is a tonneau for when the roof is down. The boot space is very clean with no issues and is fully carpeted along with the spare and a jack and mallet.
