This factory registered Press / development 3. 9 Range Rover has been stored since 2018 when the last MOT expired.
Registered as H95 FAC on 1st September 1990. Arles blue paintwork with grey teddy bear cloth interior.
Featured in at least 2 Magazines that I know of in Jan 1991 and Jan 1992 Land Rover Owner International.
On the front cover in Jan 1992!
The article in Jan 1991 titled Suspended animation is a 4 page article about the new anti roll bar suspension set up of which this vehicle was a test vehicle.
Purchased by the last owner over 9 years ago it was a second vehicle as can be seen by the MOT mileage every year taking it to 119, 000 miles when it was laid up for a restoration that never happened!
It starts on the key and the original V8 sounds nice and runs on all cylinders.
I have replaced the clutch cylinder and all gears engage correctly.
The brakes are working but obviously with standing they will need going through.
It will of course need welding to the usual places incl sills but is not as bad as most I have seen.
Chassis looks good.
The interior is very tidy for the age only the headlining needs replacing as normal.
All in all a very worthwhile complete project with an interesting history.
Comes with its original service book stamped by Land Rover when new.
