Opel Kadett B Coupe F-Rallye 1900
Original factory-built Group 1 rally car. It was converted to rally specification from new in the German factory, then shipped to Finland. Registered in Finland on 29/ 04/ 1970.
First rally weekend was 27-29/ 11/ 70, it was also driven at the famous 1000 Lakes rally in August 1971, there is a photo of the car at this event. We have full race history dating from 1970 – 2002.
In 2006 it was converted to Group 2 specification and a new FIA passport issued, there is no history of any races after this.
The car had not been seen for many years, until recently when it came up for sale as the owner passed away. It has now been checked and serviced, prior to sale it will also be setup on the dyno.
