Ford Falcon Ranchero 1963 pick-up Vehicle from/ for enthusiast. Imported by me in 2019 from the west coast of the USA. Unique vehicle and sized for our French roads.
Incredible 60's style and so much fun to drive. Reasonable fuel consumption. - Original 6 cylinder 2. 8 litre 170Ci engine already reconditioned. (Reputed to be indestructible) - 3 speed manual gearbox - 3 seats (Adjustable Bench seat) - Interior dimensions tipper: W137xL164 THE GOOD: It runs smoothly and the compressions are good. Recent expenses and maintenance: Fuel pump, rear shock absorbers/ blades, exhaust system with intermediate silencer for a nice sound, dashboard, door interiors, roof lining, "Ranchero" embroidered carpet, 4 rims, rear bumper, 2 rear view mirrors, front delta chrome, Ford emblems ("Ranchero" available to fit), windscreen seal, window washer seals.
The carpet is in excellent condition and the upholstery has a small tear on the driver's seat. The chrome, wheels and emblems are in very good condition. The rear bumper is new as is the windscreen seal. THE LEAST GOOD: The gearbox hangs up hot in 1st gear and reverse, you have to use your wrist but all the gears shift.
I supply the complete rebuild kit as well as some new parts bought when it was imported to the USA (front axle...). Some bodywork and paintwork are necessary to make it a marvel, for the demanding... (rust at the bottom of the rear wings, the disease on this model). Small tear on the driver's backrest (1. 5 cm). Do not hesitate to contact me by telephone only for further details.
