Last Owner for 20 years. Only 3 Previous Owners.
First registered 19th December 1997. 7 Seater model.
We did a light restoration on the vehicle 3 years ago. Around £15, 000 was spent on the vehicle. Work included a full exterior respray, track rod ends, fulcrum ball joint, NSF swivel, new brakes all round including brake callipers, front shock absorbers, front wheel bearings, front half shaft caps, brake hoses, full engine service, fuel tank, header tank, radiator, front half shafts and driven members, oil cooler pipes, new rear crossmember, new decals, new dash cowl, new side steps, new front rubber mats, door seals, new cam belt.
No expense has been spared on this vehicle when it comes to maintenance and the current owner is reluctant to let it go but it is just no longer getting the use it deserves. It has always had seat covers fitted which come with the vehicle but were removed for the pictures.
The vehicle is complete with the owner manual, 2 sets of keys, history file with lots of invoices dating as far back as 1999, all the old mots. It is not often you come across a vehicle with so much paperwork. Which is very nice to see.
To find an unmolested example has become very hard, but to find one that has only covered eighty five thousand miles, retains all of its original panels, its original chassis, engine, gearbox, interior.
The bulkhead is exceptionally solid and original, in fact as good as we have ever seen including both original footwells. No welding has been done and non is required.
The underside has been steam cleaned and the original chassis is in excellent condition. No welding is required anywhere on this vehicle and it is now ready to go.
The dash is unmarked with no cracks or sun damage there are no additional holes anywhere.
