Description
We have just unearthed this car from 35 years of one-family ownership, a fairly rare Pearl Cabriolet, which would benefit from a little improvement. Up and running and starting well on a 12 volt system, this four-seater convertible has pretty good paintwork – some age-related blemishes – and a tidy interior, together with roll-back canvas top in good order. The engine runs sweetly, and brakes, gearbox and back axle all seem to perform satisfactorily. The matching tyres were renewed 9 years ago. Paperwork file includes some old MOT certificates, and old V5s, along with a sales invoice from 1990, when the car sold for £3, 700.
