Fully complete and working bike. A brief check-over and it'll be ready to use.
Previous owner fitted 500cc top-end and new Amal carb with correct jets. I replaced the small end bush and reamed correctly (I think the previous owner didn't so the bush failed).
This bike starts and runs well. The larger displacement gives plenty of torque for use on modern roads.
Electrics are now 12V with new coil, bulbs, horn and generator stator.
There is no rust and many parts (mudguards etc) have been renovated. Frame and tank show no rust, tank does not leak at all.
Fork seals replaced, of course.
This model has contact breakers and coil. AMC gearbox. UK model, so no air filter. AMC forks and Norton style wheels.
It's a lovely bike to ride and I'm sad to have to sell it. Change of job and living situation means everything is in storage (as seen in one of the photos) so I need to rationalize possessions.
