This one must be one of the last UK registered Phase 2 models, as the Phase 3 came on line in late 2003. Obviously beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I certainly prefer the look of the Phase 2, especially from the front.
Lift the bonnet and you’re confronted with Alfa’s famous 3. 0 ‘Busso’ 24v V6, which looks as good as it both sounds and performs – it’s a legendary engine, and this one has an odometer reading a mere 63000 mles.
Not only is this one in superb condition , but it has an enormous service history file (including stamped original service book) as well, which is a must for these cars. In September 2024 at 59918m it had £2600. 00 spent with AutoLusso, including a full service, timing belt kit, water pump, rear wheel bearing, and diff seals.
Other recent highlights include recent plugs, coils, radiator, thermostat, window regulators and replacement BCM, making this one thoroughly sorted. The last owner has just completed a 2600 mile round trip to Barcelona, and it performed faultlessly.
Usual late 916 spec - fitted with air conditioning, abs, airbags, full leather Momo seats, 17in Teledial alloys (shod with a matching set of Continental tyres), electric glass sunroof/ windows/ mirrors, remote alarmed central locking with immobiliser, and stereo.
It’s further fitted with rear spoiler, Alfaholics handling kit inc Koni street adjustable shocks, and a stainless exhaust.

Without a doubt, this is the nicest, most thoroughly sorted 916 Alfa I’ve ever had through my hands, and I think, in 3. 0 form, they’re a nailed-on future classic
