1951 Sunbeam Talbot 90 Mk. II DHC
This is a beautiful example of the Sunbeam Talbot 90 drophead and is in excellent condition. It was described in the period as a “Small Executive Car” and its 2. 2 litre engine ensured it had much more lively performance than usually found in cars of the period.
This particular car was restored some time ago employing top quality materials – double duck cream hood, hood cover and tonneau. Cream leather with dark brown piping has been used along with cream tailored carpets and it has been painted in Willow Green, the colour used for the advertising brochure of the drophead coupe.
Desirable period extras include overdrive on 3rd and 4th, floor mounted gearchange and heater.
So little used in my ownership over the past 3½ years that my wife tells me it’s time to sell, so, reluctantly here it is.
