MAKE ME AN OFFER - I'M LOSING MY PARKING SPACE!\n\nSaab 900 Classic 1985cc 16v Auto\nMOT until April 2026\nMileage 184, 206\n5 previous owners\nFirst registered 12/ 02/ 1991 by Saab Piccadilly Ltd, 77 Piccadilly London, where it was a demonstrator. Then in July 1991 sold to the first owner via Saab City Ltd in Wapping, London.\nElectric windows front and back, fully functioning.\nFactory spec tinted glass which, against the white paint and black trim, is really stylish.\nFully functioning electric sliding sunroof.\nFunctioning electric mirrors\nRonal (Minilite style) alloy wheels with locking wheel nuts\nFunctioning front headlight wash/ wipe\nRear Saab rubber aerofoil \nSaab whip aerial\nSpace saver wheel - unused\nSaab tool kit \nParcel shelf\n\nAftermarket Panasonic radio cassette\nDark grey velour interior, in very good condition\nHeated drivers seat - fully functioning, automatically switches on when the temperature drops (not sure what temperature that is!) and switches off automatically.\nGrey carpets in good condition\nHeadlining not in good condition (amateur replacement by the third owner) - predictably for a Saab of this era.\nOwned since August 2021.\nEngine runs well and stays cool\nNew radiator and thermo switch, water pump, whole exhaust from manifold back and new front shock absorbers, all in my ownership.\nThe usual rust issues are present, but they are not serious. Small hole at bottom of both front doors, light corrosion on two of the wheel arches, which have been treated with rust killer, primed and touched up, and the arch trims replaced. The odd rust scab here and there, but not serious. The only bit of corrosion that I can see that looks like it should be dealt with soon is rust on nearside, bottom arch, where it meets the sill, but I am told (at the last MOT) that this is not a structural issue. But I would attend to it soon, if I was keeping it, just in case.\nLast MOT advised on two front tyres, minor exhaust leak and rear brake pads showing signs of wear. \nTwo new front tyres have been fitted, oil changed, and fuel and oil filter changed at the beginning of August.\nIt failed on a steering rack gaiter, which was replaced, after which it passed.\nThe petrol warning light stays on all of the time (always has) but the fuel gauge is accurate. I assume the fuel sender is stuck. \nThis is a daily driver, so the mileage will increase while the advert is up, and it is also being advertised elsewhere.\n\nComes with the original blue Saab wallet, all brochures and manuals, original delivery sheet for first owner, City Saab, all MOTS and some garage invoices. Two keys (and a spare blank)\n\nIf the price is right I will include the following spares: Genuine Saab new old stock whip aerial, Saab steel cage partition which stops luggage or dogs joining you in the front seats (it fits into the slots for the rear head rests), a spare cable for the windscreen wiper system. These are all very rare extras and are worth at least £250 in total. By negotiation, depending on sale price. This is our 5th Saab (and probably our last) and we will be very sad to see it go. We've been to the French Alps, the South of France, Italy and Morocco in it on family holidays and it's been a pleasure, and gets admiring looks wherever we go. It is not a pristine car, it's not a pampered classic either and we use it every day. It could be "restored" to original condition with not much effort if that's what you're into, but we used it for what it is - a strong, comfortable car with loads of understated style and an absolutely massive boot - see the 1990's advertisement in the listing. This is not my car! \n\nThank you for looking, and if you have any questions then please do get in touch.\n\n£2, 950 MAKE ME AN OFFER - I'M LOSING MY PARKING SPACE!
