Wheels were refurbished and still in very good orderI have owned this car for 10 years, it's been my pride a joy, always looked after, serviced and maintained. A lot of the work mentioned above are common failures on the R230 SL and can be costly repairs. These have already been rectified. The car also has the more desirable coil spring suspension, not the failure prone ABC hydraulic seen on the SL500.
The V6 engine has been completely reliable and has never caused me any issues. Also has a nice sound coming from the dual exhaust at higher revs.
The hard top convertible roof is in great working order, the rubber seals have always been treated with Gummy Pflege to keep them fresh.
The car has always been polished and waxed.
Selling as i have upgraded to a 4 seater as i have 2 kids.
The cars number plate will be reverted to a 2006 plate - the current plate is personal to me.
