Description
The E60 BMW M5 needs no introduction, and whilst an excellent all round machine, there was a substantial issue for the RHD market in that the option of a manual transmission was missing from factory.
This modern classic super saloon has been converted by Made To Be Driven, with the removal of the outdated SMG gearbox transforming the driving experience. Further benefits include an uprated clutch, single mass flywheel, an Eisenmann Race exhaust and an aFe power pulley.
Substantial maintenance and service has been undertaken on the vehicle as part of the conversion process and to ensure the vehicle's longevity, which include the following;
Rod Bearings
ARP Rod Bolts
Uprated Throttle Body Actuators
Injectors Ultrasonic Cleaned and Tested
New Spark Plugs
Rear Main Oil Seal
Fuel Tank Breather Valves
Fuel Tank High Pressure Pump
Fuel Tank Sender Unit
New Front Brake Pads
Rear Discs & Pads

As part of the manual conversion a number of additions were made such as a custom prop shaft, ECU tune and ECU rewiring to ensure the manual conversion functions as expected. A low mileage E92 6 speed manual gearbox was sourced, serviced and installed.
