1929 Riley Nine MKlV Fabric Tourer – 24 years current ownership
Vintage models of the Riley Nine have always been highly regarded and sought after - the MKlV fabric bodied tourer particularly so, being light, nimble and sporting in character.
This 1929 example has come to us locally having been in the current ownership for 24 years.
During this time the car has been extremely well maintained and enjoyed including several trips to France.
Being fitted with the original single Zenith carburettor, the car is eligible for VSCC Light Car events and is also ideal for touring.
The blue leather trim is in excellent order along with the carpets and the body fabric is also extremely smart.
With comprehensive weather equipment and recently fitted with a new set of tyres, the car is in very good all-round order with just one or two minor paint imperfections which could easily be addressed at one’s leisure.
