Alfa Romeo 147 GTA from 11 March 2003 with a clear and atypical history. Currently 134, 703 kilometres, very little change. French car with all standard equipment for this market (leather, Bose stereo, 10-CD changer…). Delivered new to the Cannet dealership (registration 410BAC06), we bought this car in 2005 with 38, 500 km on the odometer from the Porsche Lorient dealership (printing of original email exchanges as supporting evidence...). We sold it (buyback) ten years later, in 2015, at 123, 000 km to a Fiat/ Alfa salesman following the purchase of a new Fiat 500. The latter kept the car for nine years, until 2024, and covered less than 10, 000 kilometres at the wheel. Chance sometimes smiles favourably; we discovered an advert for this exact car in February 2024 and repurchased it; memories this engine leaves are indelible. It is therefore an official fourth owner, but only three owners. I have covered more than 80, 000 kilometres at the wheel over 20 years... We are parting ways today to finance a property project.
Chic specification that suits this car perfectly: metallic black exterior colour 846, two-tone black Monte-Carlo/ Imola fawn 551 interior, manual gearbox, 17-inch five-spoke "telephone" wheels.
We have the complete service history file since first registration (including book, brochures...). Here is the list of significant costs (excluding oil changes, tyres...):
- 05/ 07/ 2007 at 79, 801 km: complete timing belt kit replaced, front brake pads.
- 10/ 02/ 2012 at 100, 389 km: rear brake pads, thermostat replacement.
- 28/ 04/ 2012 at 101, 440 km: alternator replacement, front anti-roll bar replacement, front right gauge boot.
- 04/ 12/ 2012 at 107, 354 km: replacement lower and upper engine coolant hoses.
- 28/ 03/ 2014 at 115, 166 km: lambda sensor replacement.
- 16/ 05/ 2014 at 117, 160 km: replacement of the 6 spark plugs.
- 21/ 04/ 2015 at 123, 710 km: complete timing belt kit replacement, clutch + slave cylinder, radiator replacement, front wheel bearing kit replacement. Fitted with an exhaust Ragazzon rear silencer: exceptional sound.
- 22/ 01/ 2024 at 132, 774 km: complete timing belt kit replacement, replacement of the 6 spark plugs, replacement of the two valve cover gaskets, front left window regulator mechanism, handbrake cable, 2 driveshaft gaiters, front brake discs and front pads.
- 24/ 01/ 2024 at 132, 784 km: MOT OK.
The car currently shows an airbag fault light. The problem is known on the 147 (plug under seat); it will be addressed for the MOT. Possibility to also do an oil change for the sale depending on agreement reached (last major service date January 2024, with the 4 filters).
Note that the car is Euro4 homologated, and is therefore classified as Crit Air 2.
