Description
Land rover series 2a
Restored onto a Galvenised chassis by a retired engineer who painted the chassis gloss black to retain its original look and add extra protection.
The chassis used, was from Richards chassis, who are renowned for excellent quality.
The wheels were sprayed in limestone and shod with Mitchellin xls tyres.
Free wheeling hubs are fitted to improve fuel economy and make the steering lighter.
There is an over drive fitted which makes for a better top end by reducing the revs and acting as a 5th gear which also improves the fuel economy.
