HERE is a 1982 (October) Ford Cortina Crusader in super condition. She has covered 68, 000 miles and is listed as being a 1. 6 litre. The previous owner tells me that he was told (by the owner before him) that the engine had been bored out to 2. 2cc and hence its four-branch manifold. There is a receipt here from Burton Power for an Ashley exhaust manifold and an Ashley Exhaust system. It drives, feels and sounds as though this is the case. Should any prospective buyer wish to come and witness the vehicle's performance for themselves, then they will be most welcome.
Lovely condition inside and out, on the button and ready to go. Increasingly popular now and an ideal model for being MoT, tax and ULEZ exempt.
A head turner of an early 80s classic. Well worth a look if cars from this era float your boat. It is all right me telling folk that I drove them back in the day, first time around, but it frightens me now to realise that this fine example is actually nearly 44-years-old!!
