Description
The VELOCETTE in its various K versions where (K stood for overhead camshaft powered by bevel gears) was introduced in 1925. Over the years the KTS version, where TS stood for touring speed, was joined by the KSS (super sport) and the KTT (tourist trophy). The KTT (competition version) was assembled starting from a KSS. The Velocette 350 remained in production until 1947 (obviously excluding the war years) and won 15 Tourist Trophy events and 2 world championships in 1949 and 1950. Many Velocette patents are present on today’s motorcycles (and we’re talking about a bike built 100 years ago). The one we offer *** overhead camshaft at the head, aluminium head, foot-operated gear change, etc., is a KSS version, impeccably preserved (judge for yourself from the photos and the video), *** English documents, certification from the Velocette Historic Register declaring that the chassis and engine numbers belong to a KSS version. The motorcycle has been kept in this condition (the engine runs like clockwork) thanks to various maintenance records (we hold the invoices).
