Description
Replacing the MGA in 1962, production of the MGB continued until 1980. Sales for the MGB, MGC and MGB GT V8 totalled over 500, 000 cars.
This MG B was first registered on the 1st June 1975 in Guildford, although moving away from the area for a number of years it did end up finding its way back more recently.
The engine is very sweet, runs well and has good oil pressure. All fluids are in the correct plates and has recently had a tune up.
The drivetrain is in just as good condition with no nasty noises, the gears are direct and the overdrive works correctly. It handles the road really well and is a pleasure to drive.
The underside is corrosion free, and not covered in thick underseal hiding any sins. The paintwork shines nicely, and although not immaculate it does present well. It has the added addition of an MG C style bonnet and front valance.
The interior is largely original, the front seats have character, and the carpets look to have been replaced at some point.
The car is TAX and MOT exempt, however does have a current MOT, we also have a history file including the current V5.
