EXTERIOR
With a genuine 15, 807 miles from new, this delightful Fiesta is preserved in amazing original condition. Finished in Ford Java Blue metallic, (Code D5), the factory paintwork to all original panels looks superb with a bright polished shine and uniform finish. A few tiny paint blemishes and touched in scratches are visible but quite insignificant, and there is a miniscule ding to the nearside rear door. The body panels remain in incredible condition, commensurate with the mileage and a far cry from the majority of cars remaining from the heavily dwindled supply of this once best seller. All trim sections and badges are fully intact as is the original glass and Ford/ Valeo light assemblies. Supplying Ford dealer number plates, unused tax disc holder and Ford Direct windscreen sticker remain. A super low mileage and superb entry level classic Ford, once a common sight and virtually none have survived as well is this example!
INTERIOR
An interior entirely commensurate with a 15, 807-mile car! The cabin space with Columbo fabric trim in Raven colour scheme, (Code SW), is showroom fresh with the seats in superb condition. All trim sections, controls and switchgear have the new car feel which is lost soon after regular use. In-car functions operate flawlessly including the Ford self-seek model 2006 stereo cassette. The spotless luggage area is complete with immaculate parcel shelf and carpet with the pristine boot floor even still having the paper build label. Instantly nostalgic and ready to transport you back to a Ford showroom in 1995!
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The 1119cc HCS CFi four-cylinder engine featuring electronic single point injection and automatic choke set up produces 49bhp at 5200rpm. A top speed of 89mph and 0-60mph is achieved in a sedate, license preserving 17. 7 seconds. Complete mechanical simplicity and the distinctive Ford push-rod engine note are guaranteed, but the common intrusive tappet sound is welcomely absent in this super-low mileage example. The spotlessly clean engine bay has original plates, stickers and and fragile paper service labels. The factory panels still display Ford emblem stampings clearly visible. The 5-speed manual gearbox feels fantastic with crisp gear changes.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The factory steel wheels of size 5 x 13in are in excellent order with the original LX full wheel covers virtually unmarked. Four brand new premium brand Uniroyal RainExpert 3 155/ 70 R13 tyres were fitted in May 2026 and covering zero miles have replaced the original Michelin MXT items! The spare is the factory original and remains unused. The servo-assisted diagonally split brakes with discs up front and drums at the rear pull the car up quickly and safely with a full overhaul in May 2026.
HISTORY FILE
This wonderful example was registered new on the 1st June 1995 by Ford Main Dealers, Bristol Street Motors in Bromley. The car was registered as a demonstrator before being sold in November 1995 to Mrs Goodered, who has owned the car ever since. After over 30 years of ownership, the car is being offered for sale due to the owner giving up driving, and the second private owner will benefit from this ultra-low mileage example. A major service and brake overhaul in May 2026 was carried out using genuine Ford parts where possible and a full inspection has also been carried out with various consumables renewed including four brand new premium tyres.
The history file contains the Ford document wallet with all handbooks, service book, security code cards and point of sale literature. A file of invoices and MOT certificates is present and there is an original 1995 Ford Range brochure. The perfect entry into classic Ford ownership in a vast disappearing model!
