Further enlarged from the 9hp models of 1924 onwards, in 1928 the ‘sporting’ engine achieved 1185cc with an OHV configuration. The Weymann style fabric body ensured a lightness that the engine and 3-speed gearbox could cope with up to a published top speed of 55mph.
This example is in remarkably original condition, though there is evidence of rodent damage to the interior. The old-style logbook demonstrates the car’s life in the Home Counties and West Riding. Some years later, after the car moved to Norfolk, the vendor acquired the car.
