Description
We carry out certification of the structural integrity of the suspension; according to the FIA regulations.
This certification is compulsory in all the historic races FIA for sports and formula; and in all the European leagues (type CER, P. MO, VdeV, SuperSport Cup, Le Mans Classic and etc .. )
Of each car are verified: tubular suspension wishbones, light alloy suspension parts, complete steering columns and steering arms, light alloy steering components, light alloy wheels, aluminium alloy tubular chassis, The brake pedal, Magnesium wheels, suspension rockers and linkages, push/ pullrods and bellcranks, wheel hubs, suspension uprights, whether cast or fabricated, suspension mounting brackets or plates, brake pedal, brake pedal balance bar, rollhoop welds, etc...
As prescribed; all parts (including spare parts) will be marked in a permanent, immovable and with a unique code and a serial number in order to identify the exact location and number; and will be issued a certificate.
Having performed over the years a number of checks on cars that run we found that all the cars highlight some details cracked and risk breaking.
We are able to verify the presence of cracks on each particular of a car
to which: crankshafts, connecting rods, pistons, engine blocks, bevel gears, transmission gears.
Of any metallic material: Steel, Cast Iron, Aluminum, Magnesium, Titanium, Bronze, etc. ..
We are also qualified according to ISO standards EN473 and ASME SNT-TC1A to perform non-destructive testing in industrial, civilian and military.
